Worked overnight after taking it in the afternoon, I wouldn't take it if you have to use public toilets though but that's just me. It's good value for money compared to off the shelf, and is easy to swallow since the pills are so small. There's not much of a taste to them.

The tablets works wonders but be careful it can cause strong stomach cramps!+ effective works well+ great value for money other places costs more to buy- can cause stomach cramps- you may feel like or even have diarrheaI have used this a few times when having severe constipation. I would say there are times I had taken one and other times two. Just depends but you can have really strong stomach cramps that feel like your tummy gonna explode or squeezing from the inside. I did have an episode of diarrhea but first it came out after many pushes hard stool then watery stool. So be careful and don’t panic. I think it’s normal that happens when your super constipated and them using these. It’s quite a strong tablet. I would recommend not to use these on a regular basis. I am a nurse and this can work differently on people. If you are experiencing these symptoms regularly please seek medical attention from your GP. Don’t be dependent on these. If it’s looks like it’s happening regulars check with your GP on your health and add more fibre to your diet.Good luck and hope your healthy and well.

These little tablets are amazingly effective. I found taking one rather than two enough to do the trick though.

Whoever invented these tablets have a safe spot in heaven. The feeling of constipation is not for the weak, these tablets bring back the days when you just.felt.normal.I haven't experienced cramping on them, but I've had problems when I've taken it during the morning and had to go somewhere but my body said NOPE. that's the best way to cancel plans!

I’ve been using this product for months now and it really detoxifies me so well. Also; the price hasn’t increased and it’s always available. I’m happy about that.

I only took one at 9:30pm and was fine until around 3am when I started feeling a bit uncomfortable in my tummy. By 5am the cramps started, oh they were so painful. I'm a woman, I've experienced cramps, these were more like contractions. After 3 hours of immense pain and feeling like I'm going to either be sick or faint, or both, I had been to the bathroom roughly 5 times before the final one and once that one came out all the pain suddenly disappeared and I was fine again.Cleared me out but was too painful, I'd rather be constipated.

This works well, unfortunately I also had Guinnes the night before and nearly had an accident. Exercise caution.

Having tried other methods including stuff from the GP with awful side effects I decided to give these a go. Well they certainly helped 🙈Despite their tiny size they are strong. They are easy to swallow and have no bad taste, as for their functionality, well they did exactly what I needed them to do. Very happy with my purchase, worth every penny.
