Best solution for holding up my DSLR at my desk! 📷🩷
The media could not be loaded. This is perfect for holding up my camera at my desk. I use my camera for filming videos as well as zoom calls for school. Having it leveled this way was the best choice for me as its easy to access for troubleshooting or anything that could go wrong when experiencing any technical difficulties. I feel it is also safer and more compact than to have a big dslr sitting over my monitor screen. If you're using this for travels it is also really amazing since the tripod extends out and you can have your smaller cameras rest on it for far distances. The dslr works when having it sit on the first level since it is much heavier in weight. If you try to raise it up to a higher level, you can see it works but it can slowly slide down from just a shake because of the weight 😅I knew that when I came across this little tripod that it would be the perfect solution to have it on my desk. Worth the money and everything about it is essential!

Light and Versatile!
This is a remarkable little tripod. I wanted something light, portable and straightforward for a tabletop type tripod setup just to use with my iPhone. Ulanzi delivered! While being incredibly light, I feel that this is a very durable tripod. Super simple to use. I also got the Ulanzi phone holder, and soon, I will be adding the quick connect claw connector so I can easily move my iPhone back and forth between this little tripod and the TT31 I have (also by Ulanzi).I have been very pleased with Ulanzi's photo/video gear and their quick connectors make it super easy and frankly imperative, to continue living within the Ulanzi ecosystem. If you're looking for a very small, sleek and portable tripod, with extension for vlogging, etc., I know you won't be disappointed by the MT-16. Beyond that, I do think the price I paid for this is bordering on a bargain, but I digress... I have enjoyed using this tripod, and I expect I will for years to come.

Good for me, and probably you too.
UPDATE: Ive had this for a few weeks now and i really like it.ORIGINAL:I got this to hold a webcam on my desk because it kept getting bumped around. It goes low enough to stay out of my line of sight and can easily extend higher to eye level if i need to temporarily.Angle adjustment is good and easy. Its just the right weight to stabilize the web cam on my desk. It is marketed as being also a selfie stick. I wont ever use it like that but i think its heavier than i would want a selfie stick to be.The legs dont seem very sturdy, but sturdy enough for stationary use with a light weight webcam. I will definitely be careful with the legs.

it works
Great-looking and it works. There is no locking of any kind after extending the telescopic elements, only friction. We'll see how long that lasts... It does hold my phone or small camera, with some wobbling/shaking - OK for indoor use, not so great outside while windy or on uneven surfaces (the telescope is a fourth leg that can interfere with stability).Construction seems sturdy enough but plasticky. Usable but not heavy-duty. It should be fine for a while with enough care. On the plus side - light enough to carry around.Device can be used as a stand or a medium-length selfie-stick - the legs form a comfortable handle. No issue with magnets getting unglued anymore on the (newer, I guess) version I got. The magnets are no longer visible/on the surface, but embedded in the base of the feet, under a layer of plastic. i wasn't sure there were even any magnets there at first.

Awesome Phones & Action Cameras!
I can’t imagine this working well with any kind of mirrorless or DSLR style camera. That being said it’s perfect for smartphones and GoPro style action cameras. It closes to a size that is easy to manage. Ball head is good quality and operates smoothly. It opens and extents to a useful height. It even works well as a selfie stick.I like it so much that I may buy another. I’m sure I’ll find a use for it. Also the price was very good when I purchase it with a coupon.

Just what I needed.
Have been using this for a while for a more on-the-move mount, and all I can say is it's really good for it. It has a slight wiggle on the head as it's not secured very well and has a side-to-side motion where the tripod meets the top part. Just something to consider: not bad performing but just something that bugs overall, very well made and very compact.

Mostly good, but a bit wobbly
Overall I like it and it has nice features, but it has one major flaw. The middle column sticks down too far when the legs are extended, so it really become the third lag and one leg is not keeping the whole thing balanced. In other words, it leans in one direction or another. If that middle part were a bit shorter, or if the legs didn't extend out as far, it wouldn't be a problem. I will probably look for a similar tripod that's more stable, but sadly I waited too long to return this one. It works great as a handle to hold the camera though. In the pic my full frame camera is mounted on top and I am not touching it or holding it. It doesn't tip over but it's not very stable.
