This is best multi vitamin i have used and i only take 4 of them so the value i think is great

The green label multivitamin requires eight large tablets to meet the daily requirement. This was just too much for us because the tablets are big. Having said that, if you can tolerate that, then this is a great choice. Dr. Mercola is one of the best out there and certainly one of the most trustworthy. I wish he would make a sugar-free gummy of this product.

Good vitamins, but they always arrive with some broken since they stopped packing the bottle with cotton some time ago; the pills just rattle around in there during delivery. It's a direct contradiction to the "Mercola=quality" review left by others.

So working on my health including other Dr MERCOLA supplements, and the Multivitamin is another hit. Just felt overall better, and I like all that’s in it. Also, understand why you have to take more than one or two with all good stuff listed. It makes a difference which I needed. Have my spouse on it now too! It’s great! I was happy to find a vitamin without metal oxides, like zinc oxide.As a layperson I think metal oxides are the least bioavailable and could be harmful but is the cheapest.I was disappointed that even multi-vitamins from vitamins I bought in the mall has metal oxides.I think Dr Mercola's information can be a lifesaver.

Mercola's stuff is the best. The only drawback with this product is that a dose = 8 good-sized tablets! It has to be that way due to how much they jam in, but swallowing them with morning coffee can be an adventure. This product is very complete, however, and ultimately worth the trouble.

Not at all what I was expecting and then you can't return them.
