Great product easy to use, but they should’ve had a instruction stuck on the product

Very useful item. Saves lot of time. Easy to clean and use. Gives me perfect boiled egg everytime. Less wastage of water compared to boiling in gas. So far so good.

(I lost mine so I have to guess water amounts: 30ml is good for six eggs).Old review: (still valid):First use today.Works perfectly & Great Price.It has 6 x Eggs Boiling Capacity or 2 x Eggs Poaching Capacity.12 mins for Soft Boiled Eggs, 17->19 mins for Hard Boiled.Includes measuring cup for adding correct water.Measuring Cup has a VERY SHARP 'Egg Pricker' on the bottom (like a needle tip). - Egg Pricker usage is nowhere in the instruction manual, and from a Google search I realise this is to prick eggs before boiling, so they do not Crack while boiling.As another reviewer said: ALWAYS CLEAN the Heating plate, and the interior after each usage (after it cools down), you can see that kind of brown residue etc gathering inside and on the heating plate will damage it over time.Only takes < 30 secs to clean.Enjoy your beautifully cooked EGGS!!
