When i inflate the inner tube, it becomes very soft/deflated within a day or two. is this normal? so far, i have had to re-inflate it every two days.

It was for my grandson and they have not complained. I think you must have a small leak somewhere in tube or around stem.

It does not come blown up. You do need to blow it up. My little grandson really loves this. So glad I purchased it.
