cool and tasty book
It is really cool and tasty book. Not a regular healthy eating/ cleanse book. It gives a good ideas how to cook delicious food which happens to be healthy. I am currently going through Spring season :), looking forward to summer, autumn and winter.

I actually returned this book - but i do think ...
I actually returned this book - but i do think many other people would have kept it.I found the recipes to look very appealing, but with the meal plan ingredients I knew I would never be able to afford to eat a full two week plan. Obviously you can pick and choose the recipes and wouldn't need to do a huge shop for a select few recipes, but I was looking for a meal plan to follow, and this just ended up not being it.

To the point and nice printing hard cover book for this topic
nice book to read and the author using a good way to teach you how to get healthy food habit. And I like the way how they do it. Photos are nice too.
