Mercer Culinary Ultimate White, 6 inch Curved Boning Knife

I've had this knife for approx' six months now and for a price of ~$14.50 I'm really pleased. It's sharp and has held an edge well. I use it to break down whole chickens, trim brisket, cut through fish/skin, whatever. The blade is sharp enough to cut through bone easily and keep it's edge. Normally, I hand wash my knives; however, I have to admit I have occassionally thrown this in the dishwasher without thinking twice about it, easy peasy. I've also purchased their 3" paring knife, as well as the 6" straight boning knife and all of them have performed and held up well. I'm happy with this brand, the quality of the knife and edge retention on the blade. I consider these low cost and high value and will purchase them again when needed.

Great knife seems to be holding an edge. The grip is comfortable.

just got the knife and boned out six pork butts for sausage and it worked great . nice handle feels good in the hand and nice stiff blade makes control easy . will be buying more . comes sharp and still sharp after six pork butts .

Extremely light weight knife, amazing quality knife. It is extremely sharp, the handle grip is not too big or too small making it the most comfortable size.

Great knife for the price and quality! Thought I’d give this knife a try and glad I did. I own other knives much more expensive than this and go straight for this one now!

Love this filet knife! Game changer when cooking. I was skeptical getting my knife off Amazon but do not regret it at all.
