Cheap and chearful - were OK for my basic needs
Somewhat randomly I wanted to repair a christmassy elk wind chime. He'd suffered with his legs breaking off in a fall. After making some new legs, he needed repainting and acrylics seemed the right thing. I bought a cheapo set of acrylics and these and did the job. Random picture of said elk wind chime attached :-)Not much of a test, but there was nothing obviously wrong with these. Bristles were fine and stayed in shape rather than having stray ones sticking out to mess things up.I then used some of the brushes to touch in some fine scratches and scuffs on a car. The wide choice of brush sizes was great here. Coupled with the fact that I was not too worried if I could not clean up the brushes well as they were cheap, I was happy with the results.At the price, these are difficult to knock. Fine for beginners having a play or if you have a small job and don't want to use good brushes.

Fantastic quality for a basic item!
I can’t believe these are Amazon’s basic paintbrushes. I’m using the finer ones to paint a design on fondant icing, using food colouring gels, which can be a bit tricky, but these brushes are making this so much easier for me! Painting is not my strong point, so good brushes are a great help!

Wasn’t expecting them to be the greatest brushes ever but did the job, nice fine tips, good range of sizes, nice to use. When cleaning bristles came out of one, but not an issue. Worth the money.
