I'm looking at the ProSeries set and want to travel with it (carry-on suitcase). What size is the bag?

You can carry it in our suitcase.

what are the size and gauge of the clips? Are there replacements?

The clips are about 2-2.5” and a decent gage - about 8 or 9 gage. If replacement needed (clip) you could find the in any hardware store. I bought them to continue therapy on my shoulder but use them for entire body.
