Finally found a source!
Had purchased pre-packaged salads that included freeze-dried corn, and wanted to find out where I could buy them. I had never had this product, and it is a great addition to a salad. It took a bit of research because I didn't think of the term "freeze-dried", but finally found these at Amazon. Bought them and have been using them for several months. Good taste - not perfect but very good. They add flavor and variety to any salad, or you can eat them right out of the bag. Good product.

Tasty for adding sweetness to dishes
I love sweet corn, it reminds me of Summer. It adds sweetness and crunch. This dehydrated corn is very tasty and convenient for quick dishes. In winter I like to add a tablespoon of this to plain tomato soup to tone down the acidity a bit, add some browned burger or bacon bits and top with shredded cheese and it can be a light meal on its own. I will add this to any other final dish that needs a bit of sweetness, crunch or extra carbs to round out the meal. Multiple purchases. Will keep buying for convenience and flavor.

Fabulous taste
The best! Each floret is perfectly sized and has a delicious, sweet,better-than-fresh flavor. The texture is light, crisp and easy to happily munch. Yes, it's expensive, but this is one of those rare things that's worth it!

Tasty
These are surprisingly delicious. I can happily sit and eat the whole bag and have no guilt because it is just freeze dried cauliflower with no other preservatives and flavoring. I have rehydrated these to add into camping meals for a quick easy vegetable add.

favorite snack and cheaper in bulk
Freeze dried broccoli florets are a fantastic snack - "potato chips" without the awful things that go along with potato chips. Even if you don't like broccoli give them a try...the taste is a bit different from either raw or cooked broc. I sought out this brand because freeze dried veges are expensive...the bulk size of 5 oz helps. The only negative is I wish they were organic (though obviously that would hurt on the budget side).Besides eating them as a snack right out of the bag another favorite use is sprinkled on top of any type of soup that think of along with the thought of saltines or oyster crackers. The freeze dried broc satisfies my cracker craving. (I don't eat gluten.)BTW if you're wondering whether it's worth the extra cost to seek out florets rather than a brand that includes some stems too, IMO the answer is yes. The ones with chopped stems aren't bad...they're just not as good.
