I had an issue with the original lamps sent ( one would not power on). They sent me replacement and instructions on returning original lamps. These lamps are beautiful. Set up is easy! Great purchase!

I cannot get the lamp to connect or pair! I also cannot get the app to work or get ahold of anyone with customer service to help me! What a waste of money! I was looking forward to this purchase for so long too! Don't waste your money!

I bought this for myself and my best friend who lives in a different state. The lamp works great and we use it daily!

I purchased these for my cousin who is more like my little sister. We are 60 and almost 70. She lives in GA and I live in FL. What better way to say I am thinking of you. They are very pretty lamps. Set up was easy after I did the video on their website. We have talked about possibly adding children and grand children on. The ONLY regret in my purchase is I didn't do it sooner.

These lamps are cute, but they are confusing. I am consistently getting notifications of "someone's thinking of you" when I know for a fact no one sent it. Both lamps were unplugged when going to bed to wake up with 49 notifications. These do not work. I do not recommend purchasing these.

My sister just told me this is her best Christmas gift EVER! Set up was super easy. I would suggest that instructions come with each lamp individually, I kept one in CA and the went to MN, only one of us got instructions! Lol Easy hurdle to overcome but easy fix as well (hint hint). I will buy another set for my daughters soon. Edit to add: Just added another lamp to our group, super easy and to see the excitement and smiles makes me so happy! One more lamp to add, as soon as it arrives in Tennessee. I absolutely love these and highly recommend them!Last edit: It arrived in Tennessee and is a smash hit! I love this lamp. I bought two pairs to share with my family. It is heartwarming when I see my family member’s colors come through. The server has gone out once, and my father struggled to set theirs up, but the company stands behind their product and is very responsive. I would just recommend that the email that the lamps is connected through receives a daily activity email so that it can be tracked who sent something when.

Took a little time to get setup. Tech Support was GREAT Though!!! They worked with me till we got this connected and sending properly. I will be buying Several more in the near future!! Thank you So Much Deepac!!! You were awesome!!
