I approached the seller who was very helpful.
There was a hiccup to start with as the provided USB installation to load the programme did not fit, the recommended adaptors did not fit either. I set up a rig using a 4 way USB adaptor, plugged the provided installation USB into that, then connected the 4 way into the Laptop, that workrd fine, the installation went smoothly. Manufacturers of new computers are re-dsigning some of their USB ports, so watch out for that. My new Dell Laptop was manufactured this year. I am very pleased with the Office Software.

Great product
Great product for the this price, quality software and it was compatible with my laptop. The only difficulty I had was the installation which took about 24 hours but later I was able to install it successfully and it's working perfectly.

Arrived on time and after a few attempts installation was complete. It all appears to be working ok.
