I know a loose tea should be kept in tin cans, air tight sealed away from moisture, heat, humid. Tin cans can keep them away from lights, and air.keep them fresh and last long.. aluminum foils also good to keep their tea qualities, never store in plastics, clear glass jars as this cannot protect them from sunlight and plastics can absorb aroma and tastes of loose tea
