Used this flour for a 48 hour fermentation BIGA dough, and the results were amazing!

Great flour, perfect for pizzas and focaccias.The items were shipped and delivered promptly.Only thing to mention is that the expiration date of my lot is Nov '24 (flour purchased in March '24), which suits me fine as I use it very quickly. If you're not using much, I would avoid stocking up due to the short-ish expiration date
