Q: Does it blend it the longer it's on my coat?

Not really. It's colorfast and doesn't fade.

Q: Are these patches waterproof?

I patched my sons Adidas polyester pants and washed them. They washed pretty well. Not sure if it’s recommended, but it worked pretty well.

Q: Will this work on a kuiu super down sleeping bag?

I looked up that sleeping bag and based on the pictures I would say yes it will work. It worked wonderfully on my down jacket and it's still stuck on with no issues.

Q: Are the patches matte or glossy?

The patches are a "silk" finish - somewhere in between gloss and matt finish and work well with most finishes. Best Wishes Toby DJR
