This is why you would pay $70 for an ankle support:
There are times I can barely walk, after an unfortunate foot accident a few years ago causing loss of all tendons. The $20 supports I have tried are easy to get on and off but offer little relief, and my Arizona Boot is unwieldy. While careful sprain taping helps, it is a 10-minute on and 10-minute off process, requiring significant skill and using many yards of professional grade sports tape each day. Out of desperation, I tried this rather exotic sounding ankle support (Bauerfeind brand) made in Germany. It is really not my style to go for a product that seems so overpriced (`$70), but the extent to which it has provided real mechanical support for my ankle accompanied by very significant pain relief is truly amazing. Every point made in their blurb is true.It does take a few minutes to figure out how to get it on and wrap the attached band, but after a few times it's a 1 minute process. ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE - they tell you what to measure on your foot and NOTE THAT the right and left are quite different. AND READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED!

Great support and comfortable with a shoe on.
Feels amazing, looks good, but it’s a little pricey. I have used it several times and I’m very satisfied with its functionality. The only thing I wonder about is it’s durability, not cause it’s made cheap or anything but because I haven’t had it long and I am rough on things. Will give update down the road. Definitely worth it if you have consistent ankle pain or just want to prevent it.

Worth the Money!
This ankle brace is worth the high price tag. I haven't found any other braces with this level of support and comfort. I have a very bad left ankle and have sprained it 10+ times over the years. I've rolled my ankle hard both when backpacking and when mountain biking. The brace prevented injury every time. I'd also lIke the point out that this brace is extremely comfortable, even when wearing backpacking boots. It's thin enough not to dig in to your foot or leg and the fabric is breathable unlike every brace I've used in the past. I do question the durability but I have run it through the washing machine with no issues. If it breaks on me, I'll definitely be buying another one.

Too pricey with design flaw
Decent ankle brace but design should change to double straps instead of one that winds figure 8. Also price is high for what it does.

WARNING ⚠️
!!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!! Don't buy this gimmick. Under any circumstances. I can't think of one single reason why anyone would ever actually need this exact product. And i'm completely baffled by how expensive it is. Their claims of durability are an absolute joke. If you take the tag off, you run, the risk of completely tearing the seams around edge, which would cause the whole thing to unfurl. The Velcro accidentally sticking to the sock causes the fabric to tear and unfurl. This thing is an absolute piece of junk. I can't believe people are getting away with selling this. I tried other products for twenty to thirty dollars that actually worked. This thing is also extremely painful to put on. If the whole point is to give your support while you're injured, that kind of defeats the point. Also, these little straps, coupled with this weak sock.Don't really provide you any support. I think some people just wear it to look cool. The braces with actual nylon straps and laces other ones that aren't actually going to work for you and that worked for me. Less than 1 star. And for the price they're charging, these people should be ashamed.

Supports your ankle well.
Order one size up. I measured carefully, but had to send the medium back for a large. I would suggest that due to cost $$$ you check your local drug store before ordering. Once on, this ankle wrap provided great support and kept my fractured ankle steady when I walked. It slips on like a tight sock then has a long, attached strap that wraps around the foot and ankle.

Worth the money
Replaced an old cheaper Support. These are much superior: Better fit (via left and right), better support, lighter, easier to put on and take off, look very well made (leave it to the Germans:), even look comparably good.

Good brace for medium-low support
I purchased this brace after a severe tendon injury because I needed support but I also needed to be able to move, jump, etc. I am able to do those things and feel like I have more support than without it but I wish I had a little more support in the brace itself than the majority of the support just coming from the straps.Sizing: When I measured my ankle, I was right on the cusp of the small and medium sizes so I chose the medium to avoid it cutting off circulation like I've had happen with many other braces in the past. As soon as I received the medium, I realized that it would be too loose to provide the support I needed so I exchanged it for a small and it fit much better with no loss of circulation or irritation. The exchange was easy but I did have to pay return shipping which was unfortunate. So if you're close to being in-between sizes, I would go a size down.
