I am not a fan of the taste. But if you don't mind. Very effective

I think this very expensive Hydration could be very useful when you need the electrolytes. However, I bought the variety pack so my husband could have the watermelon and I could have the blue raspberry lemonade. (My favorite flavor!) We could use the lime if necessary. Guess what. I got 10 lime and NO BLUE RASPBERRY LEMONADE. I don't like the lime ones, they taste too much like little kid flavors for me. What a waste of money! I sent a message to the company. I will let you know if they get back to me.Well, the company was supposed to get back to me within 24 to 36 hours. Two days later, I have heard nothing from the company. However, the product was good for hydration, just not what I wanted.

I was hoping these were going to be great because I really liked the flavors, but I am highly disappointed. The smell and taste is awful. I’m bummed because we can’t return the unopened packets.

This one threw me off. It's a liquid, not a powder. The flavor was off. It is sugar free but does not feel like it. There was a single packet that had leaked out, which in turn leaked into the bag. Therefore, made all the outside packets sticky. Just one of the down sides to having the single packets in a liquid form instead of a powder.
