This products cleans my hearing aids well. Very easy since it is a spray. I let it sit after spraying for a few minutes, then wipe dry.

Read the fine print
This item was recommended to me by our audiologist; as a product that could help my husband with an ear wax problem. My error is I didn’t read the product information close enough. You cannot spray in the ear; it is only for cleaning hearing aids. After spending way too much money for the product, I found out it wasn’t returnable. Over $30 down the drain. I won’t be making that mistake again. When buying from Amazon always read the product specs and make sure it is returnable!
