Very impressed with the quality. I bought this on a prime day deal so the price was right. Took me 4 hours to put together by myself. The 3d app was great

wood quality is decent, it held me and my husband during assembly who is 250 & 160lbs. not sure how it will last over time. it took several days to assemble in the Florida heat, but can deff go faster if you don’t take as many breaks and consistently build. Pay attention to directions carefully and screws, we had to go get replacement cedar wood after messing a few pieces up. I recommend using the 3D build app to take you step by step vs. the paper instructions. would I do this again, idk. Probaly not. It always don’t wanna pay 800$ extra for assembly. either way my kids love it so I guess the blood sweat and tears was worth it. I added a baby swing in the middle for my infant. Goodluck !!

Owner for almost 3 years, overall cannot complain! Screws can use tightening this spring, but that's normal. Wood is still in pretty good shape for sitting in the Colorado sun. Starting to split minorly, but again, normal and expected. I dropped a star because I can't find a way to contact the seller via amazon. We left the 'roof' on through 3 winters and between the sun cracking the material and the snow sitting on it, it finally shredded apart. Again, expected with material like that, but I do wish I chose a set with a wood roof. I need to contact their support (my support window apparently ended after 2 years...) but I need to buy a new 'roof' cover....hoping they read this!Edited: I google them and found support on their website- emailed them, and not only got a reply within the hour, but they are shipping a new roof! GREAT customer service!!

Perfect swing set for those littles who love to swing and climb! Did take about 7 hours to put together but definitely worth it. Our toddler is loving it!

Our 4y loves it! After we had it together she kept going up the rock wall then down the slide. It's definitely an all day job to put it together for even up to four people. Also pay very close attention to the instructions. We missed one step in the corner of one page and had to improvise later. I sealed all the wood before putting it together too.

Within three weeks of installing the swing set, the slide has been severely damaged, rendering it unsafe and aesthetically unappealing. The repair process appears to be complex and time-consuming. It is imperative that the manufacturer replace the slide with a more suitable option, considering the significant investment made and the disappointment experienced by the customers.Sellers, please contact the manufacturer and request immediate action to address this issue. The safety and enjoyment of the children should be prioritized.In response to my concerns regarding the safety of the children’s swing set, I contacted Amazon customer service. They escalated my issue to their highest level, repeatedly suggesting that I return the swing set for a full refund. However, I informed them that the entire swing set had been installed and that the installation process took approximately 18 hours. As a result, I am unable to return the swing set in its current state. The best option for me would be to receive a replacement slide, which I can return along with the broken or partially damaged swing set. Alternatively, I would prefer a refund for just slide, regardless of the decision made. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the customer service representative refused to accept my explanation and ended the call abruptly.

This thing takes easily 8-10 hours to build. All the wood is labeled, which makes it easy to identify what needs to go where. Plenty of extra hardware. The wood is perfect for the kiddos who get to play one it. It even supported my 210lbs to get the higher up pieces together. Good looking wood grain color.I got this for my daughter as an early birthday present, and she absolutely loves it. She's all over it and constantly jumping from one thing to the next. She's had so much fun playing on it. The hours of labor really made it worth while to see her big smile. I assembled it by myself, but it would go faster with more people, not to mention power tools. Can't wait for the family friends and their kids to come play on it.The instructions were a little confusing at times, so take your time when you're building it and have a table set out with everything on it. Everything is labeled. Well worth the money. Just time consuming to build.
