Absolutely Brilliant
The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my Great Granddaughters 7th Birthday Today. Not able to be there when she opened it but have have just received a vid of her doing so..It was what she asked for and Didn't pay much attention to description.Just another interactive toy? NO!Whoever invented that self opening is a genius. The box jiggles, barking and crying from inside.Paw print openings appear, then the box splits open to reveal the puppy.Fully recommend for that alone..

Not as interactive as some, but still the perfect gift
The media could not be loaded. This was my daughters favourite colour. The whole idea of the toy breaking its own way out the box reminds me of another line of toys that hatch from an egg. But these dogs are actually far more entertaining in their “escape.” And also far quicker. It’s actually really clever as they start to push through the sides in the shape of paw prints. Very fun to watch. But as with all toys, once they’re out of the box is their still any playability and value? Well with these dogs I would say yes, if only for a limited time. It can respond to your voice, walk, play short musical notes, and of course yap. In fact, yap-yap-yap-yap-yap and so on….It’s well made. No quality issues. My daughter absolutely loved hers. But the novelty does wear thin as they’re not very cuddly. If they had contained a slightly larger layer of stuffing to make them huggable I think they would have been a clear 5*. Animatronics are the in thing at the moment and the market is flooded with them. Some genuine big brands for big prices and some less known for far less. These dogs are close to touching the boundaries of the top price bracket and I think they do hold up well. Maybe not as many interactive abilities as others but not far off. Absolutely perfect as a gift because of the amazing box for presentation.

So cute!
This product is great. The element of surprise is what makes this product for the child. However from a parents point of view I just wish you could purchase the actual colour you would like to save any disappointed children. I do think it’s a little overpriced but my little one loves it. The volume is a little loud however you can turn the actual dog off to give you some peace and quiet.

Wow, the look on my daughter‘s face was amazing
Got this for my 5 year old daughter and the look on her face when missy was breaking out of the box was well worth the money spent! 1 month on and it is still a firm favourite. For me, the thought of buying her a real puppy vs holding off with this cute little toy is a bonus.

Mind blowing
The way this works is amazing! It actually unboxed itself and the look of excitement and surprise on my daughters face was worth every penny! And such a cute little puppy too! Better yet it doesn't poo and wee all over my home!

Broken toy
Dog suppose to get out of the box - it didn’t - so all the surprises was a failure. Toy didn’t work as well - when checked the butteries we realized they were broken/ leaked.
