I love the fact that the supplement is metered. Do not listen to the other reviews who evidently are so busy they don’t have a few seconds to wait for this wonderful d3 k2 to meter out. I recently bought a different d2 k3 from a superstore, only because I was out and saw it there. What a mistake!!! This different brand has a dropper but is absolutely horrible taste wise. Do yourself a favor. Stick with Thorne. No taste. Easy to use. Wonderful benefits. I have bought Thorne vitamin d3 k2 many times in the past. Perfect every time.

Background: 49 year old perimenopausal woman.If every single supplement could be manufactured this way, it would be the greatest day ever.Regarding the dispenser which many have criticized: Follow the video in the description, not the photo. Hold the bottle directly upside down, not the 45 degree angle. I have two bottles (one at work, one at home), they both work with zero issues.What I love about this product:The dispenser. Some have suggested a dropper, but the dispenser is so easy, a dropper would just complicate it, imo. ALSO: A dropper would pose the risk of the bottle being knocked over and losing all that vitamin D you just spent your money on...Having the ability to control dosage thanks to the dispenser and liquid form (I take less than prescribed doses of nearly all supplements because I am a lightweight). I take 2 drops once daily.Ease of taking because it is in liquid form (I hate pills, gummies are a good alternative but always have sugar). Because of this I take it consistently every single day. I actually look forward to taking it.Small bottle that is easy to take with me on trips (including as a carry-on on planes).The amount of doses in one bottle will last a very long time.Most importantly: I feel better. More energy, more balanced both physically and mentally (I have had D deficiency for a few years now thanks to my age/hormonal changes).Taste: I don't taste anything, so there is nothing to complain about. I take with spoonful of yogurt orpeanut butter or anything with fat at breakfast time.In every way this is the best supplement I have ever found. As long as the liquid form and dispensing of it never changes, I plan to take this for the rest of my life.

These are high quality vitamins and supplement a very important vitamin that many people are deficient in. Also with the small dose the value is actually quite excellent. I've noticed improvements to my mood, anxiety issues, joints, and overall health since taking them. I just wish the bottle was maybe a squeeze bottle somehow. It's a hard bottle and the dropper lid just doesn't work well to dispense the vitamin oil. I have to tilt my head all the way back and it just feels like it takes forever to get a few drops out. The drops are very small so if you're not very deliberate to make sure they fall onto your tongue or back of your mouth you might not even be sure they dispensed. If they are able to develop a better dosage method these would be perfect.

Hoping to notice its benefits, I would like it to come in a box and with a dropper for $32, but I am satisfied knowing that it is good and will last for almost a year since I plan to take 2,000 IU daily 👌🏻

Excellent vitamin D3 and K2. I really can’t believe all the complaints about the bottle and the method of dispensing. Call me gross, but to ensure I get my two drops, I just invert the bottle over the back of my hand and let two drops fall then simply lick it off! Yes, my hands are clean!!

Might be good. I would not know. I cannot, for the life of me, get drops to come out. On top of that, due to sporting accident, I have a front bridge. I have hit it a couple of times already attempting to get drops to come out. I am really not interested in breaking new 5,000 bridge because your product will not come out of the badly designed product container! Who in the world designed this dropper container? They should be fired! Sorry. But there has to be a better way to allow people to use it. Really bad design. Why? Why, why, why?. Makes no sense whatsoever. Just missed time to return due to husband in hospital, hospice, and now he has passed.. Not happy with wasting this money, especially at this time. 😡
