Great Health Builder!
This is a great source of high quality Vitamin C. I have issues with most Vitamin C products because they irritate my stomach. I have never had a problem with this particular brand. I believe it has contributed to an improvement in my general health; but specifically, I've seen a marked improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. I also have more energy. That alone is worth the cost of the product! I have diabetes with several complications and I'm so glad to have found something that contributes to my health instead of pulling me down. I think the price on Amazon is very reasonable--especially with free shipping with Prime membership.

I am disappointed as I thought when I ordered that these were chewable and they are not. Otherwise, vitamin C is fine.

this has kept me healthy for 20 years
