This is a very pretty set of decorations, HOWEVER, you have to assemble everything yourself! I didn't realize this until I went to use the decorations.

Very disappointment and did not like it was not easy to assemble as pieces were missing had to tape happy 50th to the window to be able to use what I had waste of money

The pennant banner did not come with string in my package. I had to find my own ribbon to hang the decorations.
