Description

Barrel Hinges 5" DIAM: 1" H: 5" PIN: 5/8" PLATE (W): 1-1/2" L: 2" GAP: 1-1/2". A barrel is a component of a hinge that has a hollow cylinder shaped section where the rotational bearing force is applied to the pivot. It also has a screw shaped section for fastening and/or driving the pivot. A pair of 5" barrel hinges may hold up to 500lbs. Weld on the mounting plate pin sits on ball bearings for easy pivot. Hinge pin is 5/8" diameter x 1 1/16" long & extends into the upper barrel 1 5/8" spacing from post to gate frame for 90 degree swing. Welding required for installation.
