Easy to set up
Arrived quickly and easy to set up using a UK address customer services were able to do it all by email so all ready for trip now

NOT SIMPLE TO SET UP
Took me many emails with the US E-pass offices to get this set up, could do nothing until I arrived in the US and you need the registration of the car you are renting before you can set it up. Worked well once set up, if you don’t remove the car registration from your account you will continue to be charged, even if you disable the transponder and take it home with you.
