At first glance, I was not sure these would hold up to the hype - they're thicker and heavier than the scissors I've been using for the last several years and they don't seem as sharp since they have blunted tips. Well, all my concerns went out the second I took these shears to my own bangs and they sliced through my fringe like a hot knife through butter. I was in love - they require so much less force to cut straight and it's way less taxing on my hands despite the added weight and thickness. I have wrist issues, but I still find that using these is less exhausting because they don't require as much pressure to control them exactly where I want them to cut. No other bells and whistles, just really good quality basic scissors, and while I thought I wouldn't like the slightly blunted end as much, it actually has made me feel much more confident about cutting around ears and not having to worry about a head poke.

These may not be professional quality scissors, but they cut pretty easily and reduced the time it usually takes me to cut my husband's hair by about a third. They're pretty comfortable on my fingers--I have a bit of arthritis in my fingers and I have no stiffness the following morning. My last pair dug into my index finger joint, forcing me to awkwardly hold them higher on my hand. When I did, I couldn't cut as precisely. Until my guy is comfortable going back into the barber's chair, these do a decent job keeping Covid hair at bay.

I couldn't wait to wash my hair and try these scissors out. There a very comfortable weight and feel good in my hands, trimming my hair went so quickly with these. There really sharp and one snip is all you need to do no going over the same area. These are adjustable to for the tension that you prefer. Love the case these come in great for when you want to throw them in your bag for traveling. Excellent quality scissors good price.

The thinning shear arrived today. I tried to cut my hair a little bit. It was a good performance. It is easy to use and comfortable to hold. It is very sharp. They feel good easy to hold I haven't used them yet those so will updateDon't buy the look good but when it comes to cutting hair there not goodTo be truthful I never buy cheap scissor as a left handed hairdresser Scissors are costly for a good pair but as I do cut synthetic hair and weaves I don't only is my expenses on them.The finger hold of very small even if you take the plastic thing off it it's too quite small I understand that you're not supposed to put your fingers through it but even though so they're very tight also no it's not made well and the sharp bit on it that dig you do to your skinThey're not comfortable to holdThey cut 5 out of 10 which is good for cheaperBut would not buy again
