Croydex QM441041 Flexi-Fix Chester Mirror, Glass, 9 x 38 x 38 cm

As I live alone and was not confident about drilling through tiles, I chose the adhesive method and followed the instructions to the letter and the shelf seemed to be fitted well. Some little screws were missing but these were sent by the manufacturer within a couple of days. I left it for 48 hours before putting anything on it and haven't put anything heavier than a pack of cleansing wipes on it but after two weeks it has fallen off the wall!

The product is exactly what I expected but the quality of it surpassed my expectations...really!Installation is plain and simple, almost as simple as plug'n'play. The shelf replaced my existing cup holders which were were scruffy and vintage looking, and now my bathroom looks far better. Will be buying again for my other bathroom and downstairs toilet too.

We have got Croydex loo roll holders in three bathrooms already, and are quite happy with them. We recently had our downstairs cloakroom refurbished, and again bought the Croydex loo roll holder, which is fine.However the "FlexiFit Chester Towel Rail" that we bought is badly manufactured. When the bar is placed horizontally between the two ends, they are both several degrees off square, angling diagonally to an extent that is very very obvious to the human eye. We have decided not to put it up.Very disappointing for an item that is (relative to most alternatives) quite expensive at £24.50.

I found the flexi-fix robe hook pretty useless on tiles so ended up using screws to fit to my wooden bathroom door. I had purchased the matching toilet roll holder but returned it after deciding to buy a self adhesive one instead.

When you receive this item you'll feel it's a lot of cash for a piece of glass and a couple of fittings, but once on the wall it looks quite classy, almost worth the price. You'll need to be braver than me to trust the glueing option for any length of time though.
