Hot upon arrival
When it arrived, it was hot. It was packaged with ice packs, but they didn't last.

Was good and easy to use..but didn't keep very well

Never order again
Frozen packs not frozen. Took 20 days to get here. Was not fit to eat. Had to throw that order away and most of the first order. Will never order those items again.

Poor Price Poor quality
Instead of sending them in the box as advertised they threw them in a cooler and they arrived smashed and the bags were popped making them inedible.
