I bought this just to try and hopefully get lucky, I have very sensitive ears and it bothers me to stick anything in them, on this same order I purchased some of the ear tools that have a camera on the end so you can target exactly what the problem is and get out instead of digging around in your ear hoping for the best, I have been using this spray everyday at least once a day and so far I have only used the camera utensil just to make sure it worked, when I got the camera linked up to my phone and went looking I didnt find anything I needed to eliminate with the utensils. I have been using the spray everyday and it was about 8 to 10 days of use before I even opened up the camera utensil. I work at a chemical plant and have to wear ear plugs regularly. Those plugs push trash further into your ears and I have had a muffled sound to my voice inside my head for a few weeks. Thats what made me even start to explore something to clean out my ears better. I wasn't expecting to find something so efficient on the first hunt. Full disclosure it will eventually work its way out of your ear and start running down the side of your face so keep a towel handy. Its not a lot of fluid or anything but you kinda notice a subtle itch around your jawbone and when you scratch it your fingers come back a little oily. Honestly I dont know exactly when the muffling in my ear subsided, but it had to be within the first few days. The best relief is when all of a sudden you happen to notice you are not bothered by something and its at a time when you were expecting to be bothered. Thats how this ear spray is. You just notice one day you arent having issues anymore. I have always used some form of peroxide to clean my ears out, I can honestly say this works better and its easier to me. Its not expensive either so it's a no brainer for me now. Just guessing I have had this for about a month and half the bottle it feels like is left. So you get decent longevity out of it. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive ears. I had the tube surgery like 3 times as a kid, random ear infections that brought me to tears on several occasions, I'm really hoping this keeps all that away from me. So far I have the confidence that it will and my music sounds a little more clear these days. Getting all that junk out has been awesome.

bought for elderly mother who wears hearing aids and has an ongoing wax issue(requiring removal at doctor visits). I tried this(I apply 2X/week after giving her a shower). At recent provider visit, he said her ears were clear for the first time! I also started using on my poodle who is prone to ear wax due to curly hair in ear canal, seems to be working for canine as well.

Finally, an ear wax product that works. I have always had excessive ear wax build-up in my hearing aids. I had given up on OTC products and would schedule a cleaning with the PA at my primary care Dr. I decided to look thru the offerings at Amazon again, and found the NAVEH PHARMA Clean Up. I followed the directions, and my hearing aids didn't have clogged wax guard filters every other day. After about a week or two, I would notice that the guards filters were starting to clog again. I would start another 2-3 day cleaning regimen, and all was good again! I clean my ears out in the shower with a 10% peroxide squeeze bottle with warm water. This really helped me! I now have the product on auto ship.

The spray is so loud in my ears that I considered sending it back just for the noise and puff of air. I have been using this once a day for a week and I notice no difference in my hearing. Maybe my hearing issues are elsewhere, but this did not noticably help with earwax.

It works! I have chronic ear wax buildup due to using hearing aids. I was told by my ENT doctor, after a painful session digging out ear wax, to put oil in my ears 3 times a week. At first I used mineral oil, then discovered this product 3 years ago. I have been using it ever since, and while I still get wax buildup due up, this product softens the wax and makes it easier and less painful to remove. Even my ENT doctor was impressed.

My doctor said I had wax build-up in one of my ears. I've been using ear wax removal candles effectively for several years now to remove wax build-up, but I saw this product and thought I'd try it instead since it's simpler to use and had so many great reviews.After a week of using this product twice a day, my ear now constantly feels stopped up, like it's full of fluid. It's the uncomfortable feeling you have after swimming when there's water in your ear canal. So this product has actually made things worse for me. I never felt like my ear was stopped up when I had wax build-up. This product was a total waste of money, and I'm going back to the ear wax removal candles I used before (which can be ordered from Amazon as well).Added note: A few days after writing this review, my ear no longer felt unplugged, but it had been very uncomfortable for days, with my ear not only feeling full of liquid, but also with my hearing being impaired. Although some wax did come out then, it was a long, drawn-out, unpleasant process. Perhaps this product works best for maintenance or cleaning just light wax build-up.

Works very good but I put a small of Kleenex at front of ear or oil will run down your neck
