Reader's Digest Complete Guide to Sewing: Step by step techniques for making clothes and home accessories (RD Consumer Reference Series)

This book is surprisingly good. Lots of pictures and detailed explanations of clothes making like collars, pockets, dresses, pants…all kinds of stuff. Also good info on home decor too. I highly recommend this book….i find myself going back to it over and over.

Great reference book for any sewing level. This hardbound book will last forever. It's a strong well made book with print that is large enough to follow comfortably. I've always found that Reader's Digest makes excellent reference books that are thorough.

I like this book. It came in excellent condition, it's thick and heavy and full of helpful tips.

Everything a reference book should be… a broad range of techniques were explained with excellent photos to support the words.

There is so much information. New to the craft, I was a little intimidated by how much information there is. I didn’t find all the information I was looking for so I had to order 2 more books😁

The original copy is better I think. I returned and bought the original version.

An update of a previous version. Easy to read and easy instructions.

The Updated Edition of the Reader's Digest "Complete Guide To Sewing" is very nice. Each chapter is CLEARLY defined and color coded. It follows a similar chapter to chapter review from the 1976 version. It suits my basic needs.
