We would recommend to leave the carbon out for the duration of the treatment (7 days)

Q: It can be use for Aquaponic's fish tank?

Depends on what is in it. Not with invertebrates, I have found. But fish and majority of plants with exact measurements of the dose is okay. However, plants used for human consumption or very delicate plants I would not advise.

Q: Is there a minimum water temperature where you should't use it or is it safe to use at any water temperature?

There is no temperature restriction for using this product.

Q: do i have tunr off filter in freshwater ??

No you don't have to turn the filter.off but you do have to take the charcoal out of the filter.
