It worked well last time, I took it too late for it to fully help. This time round I am taking it earlier, I am feeling better for it as it does can even reverse my depression brought on my the domperidon. Baby girl seems more relaxed and more satiated from the use.As per the other reviews though it is not a miracle cure to low milk supple but in my case it sure does help.
