I first win this on Amazon's givaways&couldn't believe the difference in my hair, skin, nails and all round health. In just a couple days I had less hair fallout, less acne, more smooth, glowing skin as well as stronger nails! I've just bought my 2nd box and still getting better and better the longer I take it. I'm so glad I found these vitamins!

This is just slightly larger than the average herb pill. It comes in a foil baked sheet and they are very easy to punch out to get each one off the card. They just push through very easy. I can't really discern a taste or smell in these. THey are full of a herbal looking powder mix.I have taken these every night and I can't really tell if they are doing anything or not. I have chronic autoimmune hives and they were calm before I started taking this, and they have remained so, so I feel confident saying that they have not bothered my hives. I can't say that this has helped though. I have arthritis and it has remained awful.I like the peace of mind that I am doing something to boost my immune system right now though.This is an herb that I am confident I will take the entire package of. I love that I don't have to take a lot of pills multiple times a day.

I love this product. I have been taking it for several weeks and I feel great. It provides me with nutrients and energy while repairing the cellular process. I feel an overall improvement in my ability to focus and function at an increased level of motivation throughout the day. I highly recommend this product especially as a we try to stay young and heathy as long as possible.

Best product I've tried. I've seen almost immediate results to my skin and energy. However, I do exercise and eat healthy.
