I could insert two fingers easily under the collar so it was not too tight
There is a nasty uncomfortable plastic part on the collar, its the furthest away piece on the picture. The fabric is also very stiff for a cat collar. My cats are Oriental Shorthairs (with no undercoat) and the collar quickly removed the hair around their necks and previous collars haven't done this. I could insert two fingers easily under the collar so it was not too tight.

Deceptive
Description says "Variable Load Safeloc Buckle allows for easy adjustment of the break away load for cats +6.6lbs to +11lbs", but this collar doesn't have that feature.

Quiet bell
Product is adequate, however the bell attached is very quiet and I cannot hear my cat when he runs around with it
