I bought this back in the pandemic when I couldn’t see any of my practitioners for my chronic health issues and over the years this has truly helped me through multiple physical conditions/situations that I didn’t know if I could handle.THANK YOU for making this book and helping me to ease my pain on countless occasions!

It was difficult to pick out a book on Amazon to learn about acupressure and the various points as a newbie. This book was a home run! There is a nice introduction that works well at explaining things in simple terms, including how to do it and other relevant things. The bulk of the book is about the various points, where they are with good diagrams and telling what they affect. For a moment I was worried that there was no listing of various health concerns that showed what points to utilize for them, but then I took a look at the index and it is all there. This book has it all and it will be a long while before I need a book that goes into more depth. I can do a lot with the information in this book alone. If you are new to this and want a great book that is comprehendable and comprehensive, this is the one you want. Nice job Ms. Bleecker!

Good product for the money

Great book!! I went to several acupuncturists in the past and liked them very much, but could not continue because they were either too far from where I live or too costly. Therefore, I wanted to learn and do acupressure at home on my own. It took me a while to decide which book would suit me best, and glad I chose this one. 1st part of the book, which goes through pg34, is introduction and explanation of how acupuncture and acupressure works, and from pg35 through pg253, it shows each points with illustration and what those points are good for. I like the fact that the first part is brief, yet interesting and easy to read, and the book seems to focus mainly on showing you the points you can work on.I liked the book soo much I bought another one to give to my mom for her birthday.

I’ve had TCM all my life, even studied & practiced Shiatsu, but remembering my grandmother doing moxa, wanted a book on the points. This is it. Really good book that meets my needs.

This book is not so easy to comprehend unless you already know a fair amount about the acupuncture points. Not so easy to locate common problems and solutions. A good guide for a student of the subject.

Product was exactly as advertised and arrived ahead of schedule. I will buy from this seller again.
