Love using this to make my royal icing for sugar cookies. It has a sweet, powdery milk smell to it. In a bowl, I add about a cup of it to a bag of powdered sugar and mix in water, vanilla, and karo syrup.It works great.

Used my first batch of Judees tonight and I’m highly impressed with the quality, taste, and consistency of this powder! My cookies turned out amazing! Soft bite and no craters! I am one happy happy customer that will be a new customer of this wonderful product!! Highly recommend!

The quality of the product itself is great. The meringue powder works wonders for icing, baked treats, etc. The only issues I have is with the packaging, the powder was in the seal and above the zip lock part of the bag. And the bag broke when I first opened it unfortunately. I'm not sure if I just got a bad bag or if they're all like this. I transfered it to a different container to retain freshness. Everything else about the product is great though.

Easy to work with, no air bubbles, very shiny.I used this because Genie's Dream has been put of stock. I'm loving it.

Best royal icing by far. I’ve been using Wilton but I heard good things about this brand so I bought ONE bag to test it out. IMMEDIATELY fell in love from that first batch of icing. So worth it. The taste is amazing too! I didn’t really like the taste of Wilton, it tasted too chemically to me. This has an amazing taste as well. Blew every expectation out of the water and now I’m on my third bag of this stuff!

Overall the product works as described. However I cannot get past the smell. It reminds me of play-doh and no amount of vanilla would change the smell. The taste is fine, but for me a finished product should also smell appetizing and this just isn’t it for me.
