Works well. Easy to configure.
First, these things are really small. They are the size of a camera battery. I purchased them for use on a HomeSeer 3 system. I needed two relays to control the open/close push buttons on my electric water valve. I obtained two of the single relay models because I heard there were problems getting both relays on a dual relay module included in certain Z-Wave systems. Plus, the dual relay module did not provide isolated contacts from the AC line. I purchased these because they have isolated dry contacts. That means none of the relay contacts are internally connected to the AC line. I also wanted to use the configuration parameter to make the relay automatically turn off after 1 or 2 seconds so it could act like an electric push button. Sure enough, they were easy to include and I was able to get a monetary 2 second relay on condition for every ON command. I noted that the 2 second duration seemed to vary between 1 to 2 seconds based on my non-scientific observation. That was not critical when you are turning a water valve on and off. They are a little more expensive than others but the others did not have the flexibility in programming. The tiny instructions provided are useless to my old eyes. There is a nice color PDF file you can download and print from the Qubino web site.

Excellent Relay
This Zwave relay is excellent. I'm using it to control my gas fireplace via Home Assistant. It works flawlessly. The overall size of this little unit is impressive. Small enough to fit inside a light switch box with the switch. Installation and setup was very easy and took less than 30 min. Took off a star because this little thing is pretty expansive. I need another one and its going to hurt a little bit...

Works every time
Using this device to control a fresh air damper for the house HVAC system. It is paired to a Hubitat HE C-7. I have no communication issues even though it is inside the furnace near the control board. I did poke the antenna through the port for control wiring. The instructions could be made a bit clearer as they are taylored to and electrician. In all it works, is small, and is priced reasonably.

Easy to install and setup
Very nice little relay! I purchased to allow remote control (opening/closing) of garage door using Samsung Smartthings Hub. After receiving the product I downloaded the product manual off the Qubino website. The installation instructions are pretty straightforward. As shown in the manual, I installed inside an electrical box, adjacent to a light switch in my garage. The switch is located about 10-in below where the momentary switch for the garage door. As shown in the instructions, I attached a Neutral and Live/Hot wire from connections inside the box (120V). I also ran a small multi-conductor cable from behind the momentary switch to the device (through the wall into the electrical box). Programming was pretty easy also. The device is small enough to fit inside a single gang box, with a standard light switch and wires. Overall, well designed and works as designed.

Neutral connector won't close
I tired to install this device to control a light fixture controlled by a wall switch and when I tried to attach the neutral wire to the "N" (neutral) port on the device, the port would not clamp down on the wire. All the other wire connector ports clamp down, but not the N port making the device pretty much useless. I'm sending it back due to a manufacturing defect.

Excellent z wave with Alarm_com and distance.
Alarm_com system will only see this as a binary switch. Not a problem for me for application, but would be nice if the system would see the aux contacts. I have this working as a back set of dry contacts to operate a gate. It is setup in a plastic enclosure about 180 feet ine of sight from the wifi router. No connection issues at all. Running with about 27-28v DC on a battery backup system. Very compact, about 1/2in thick and 2.5x2.5in square.

Excellent Device...Just tiny instructions
As others have mentioned, this device is TINY! I had purchased one Z-Wave switch a few years ago to control my gas fireplace, and that is about the size of a single-gang wall switch. This is about the size of a Chips Ahoy! cookie!I had absolutely zero issues getting it connected and set up - I'm using this as a garage door opener, and controlled via HomeSeer. The only thing that makes me deduct a start are the included instructions. Holy moly, the print is tiny - I guess to match the device? On the plus side, you can get a PDF on their website which is much easier to read, but I had to deduct a star just for the usability issue here.Other than the issue with the instruction sheet, it's been flawless.

Works Well with HomeSeer
Bought three of these to control garage doors remotely via Z-Wave using HS3. Unlike other Z-Wave relays which are either on or off, these can be configured to be virtual momentary push buttons. You just need to configure the switch to Momentary (Parameter 1, Value 0, Byte 1) and then set the delay to 2 seconds (Parameter 11, Value 02, Bytes 2). That's it! As many others have mentioned, the Qubino web site offers a more thorough explanation and settings than does the micro printed instructions. These three replace much bulkier Nortek FS20Z-1 relays which all failed - again.

Hard to find a use.
If you use it with a device having a second (manual) control, is imposible to know the status of the device. I used it with a floor thermostat with dry run control to put thermostat in vacation mode. If you use it exclusively with smart app, will be ok, but if a human chages manyally the status on the thermostat, you doomed. You’ll think is on when is off and vice versa.

Very easy to sync
Very easy to sync, great range. Only issue Ive had is that you can't turn it on and off really quickly between cycles - needs a few seconds between cycles, although not a very common use case anyway.

Works great for my garage door control!
Works great for garage door opener. Will use again for many other projects.

Not for the inexperienced
Auto-inclusion made it difficult to add to the network, but is robust and effective once connected.
