L size is perfect..just go for it.
I was confused whether to order this belt because the only size it offered was L and I my UK size for clothes is size 10. However after I tried it, it turned out to be perfect. It has adjustible belts to lengthen and shorten belt. Also the quality is pretty good. It doesn't bend or tear apart on long hours usage.It's a must for post partum..csec or vaginal pls go for it.
