The owner reached out to me and has offered a third carrier at no cost. I’m still on the trip I purchased the carrier for (and am unable to use it for), but will be eager to see if I just got unlucky and received two anomalies. I’m sure the third one will be great. Also, the design is great, the one zipper just needs to be upgraded in my opinion.***UPDATED 10/15/2017***After returning the original order and ordering a replacement, I am updating my review to 1-Star. The carrier had the same issue in less than 2 hours of use.ORIGINAL POSTThis product has a lot of potential. I love the pockets, the material is a good quality, and the design is above average. I cannot give this product 5 stars though because a crucial zipper arrived damaged and is generally weak (see images). Any amount of weight causes the zipper to pull apart. I ordered this for an overseas trip we are taking in a few days and am worried that ordering another one will only result in the same issue. I’m considering ordering a heavy duty zipper and replacing the broken zipper. If that works I’ll repost.

love this carrier I am a little heavy set and larger chested and this was the first carrier I could find that would fit best without having baby right up in my face. I love the waist piece that helps with keeping baby more level as a seat so not as much weight is being pulled on the shoulders. has lots of pockets which makes it nice for when I want to go hiking or just going to be shopping for awhile and don't want to also carry a diaper bag. I would definitely recommend this to moms

we liked the carrier originally but the zipper was keep unzipping on its own. I noticed it a couple of times and quickly zipped it back but it's easy to forget to check it every time . this could cause the cater to detach and let the baby fall. Their customer service is very helpful though.

I find it very hard to use the full body strap by myself. I constantly have to ask my husband to help buckle me in. But it does take a ton of weight off my shoulder and her leg is not red from the strap anymore. She does seem to slouch on it though..

Ordered this with the understanding that it included the carrier plus the hip seat. I was excited to try it. I was mainly interested in this particular carry for the front facing and back pack carrying options for my 4 month old. I just received my order and it is only the hip seat...no carrier included! Not as advertised...

Omg I love this carrier! My baby was born 5lbs 13 ozs, however all of the front carriers in the stores start at 8lbs. So my baby was too small for these. This one on the other hand I can use for my baby. I love the holder seat piece. I use it almost everyday, during house work, breastfeeding, just as a support to hold/carry the baby! It's awesome! Strongly recommended!

I LOVE this carrier so much, except for the zipper broke after only a few uses. I've had to pin it to try to keep it from unzipping all the way. I saw that there is a warranty but I have no idea how to reach the company for a replacement or fix. Does anyone have any information as to how to contact them? I really want to continue to use this carrier, as it is the only carrier my baby has loved. Thank you!

It is sturdy and well made. It's great for hikes, walks, and just quick trips to the store.
