Original review- 1star Too big for my very petite baby. She was able to pull her arms out of the side floatsUpdated review-Full five stars company offered me a complimentary replacement in an even smaller size. This one I received fits like a vest with arm floats and a crotch strap with neoprene so it is comfortable. This second one is a great product and the 1st floatation device that she didn’t refuse. We had one of these a few years ago. Its been amazing especially for kids on the smaller size. This is our second one as the first one we needed to replaced. Again, that was 2 or 3 swim seasons of use. Can't say enough good things as long as you select the right size. The vest style makes it feel more secure and my daughter doesn't fall forward or backwards like other puddle jumpers. Im sure we may get another one.

My 15 month old great nephew is fully enjoying his time swimming in the lake. Fits him well, he seems comfortable in it. Rugged enough for a busy boy. Keeping him upright

These toddler floaties are a game-changer—snug, secure, and give great confidence in the water. They stay in place, dry quickly, and don’t rub or irritate. Loved the whistle that is attached for safety. Bought for littles that just turned 2 and 4. A must-have for safe pool fun!

Updated:I am updating my review, and adding one star. Because of excellent customer service from the company. They reached out to me and offered a different style that might better fit my daughter. Additionally, they guided me through confirming that the chest circumference was appropriate. Which maybe as important as the child’s weight. I think, having incurred chest to be a little larger on this model, would make it tighter, and stay in one spot better, as opposed to when she’s in the water it gets pushed up a little bit toward her chin.Original post:My younger daughter, is 30#, recommended weight is 20–50 pounds, so she is within the recommended weight, however, it does not seem to be as floaty as I would like, it doesn’t keep her very high up in the water, sometimes dipping her mouth or face into the water.Additionally, the strap does not tighten enough to prevent her from pulling her arms out of the arm holes. It works OK. She seems to be comfortable in it. But I wish it was a little more floaty and tighten more snuggly on her. I would recommend this if your kid is at least over the age of two.

Purchased for my 20 month old granddaughter. It is a little big but she is small . Love that it is a vest style . It does not slip down neither in the water or while she is out and she can’t slide it down off her arms . Very soft ! Highly recommend! Fits better than a regular puddle jumper ..

This is cute, fits my baby and keeps him afloat, sort of. Doesn't keep his head above the water tho, but I know it is just supposed to be a helper and not do all the work lol

Really good quality, but too big for my 18 month old. We do have another one for my 3.5 year old and it fits great, so maybe I should’ve gotten something smaller for my baby! All in all it’s a great life vest and it keeps them safe.
