The delivery was quick and the computer was so easy to set up. There weren't any unwanted programs installed, which I appreciated. There was no noise whatsoever on startup, the wifi connected effortlessly and the speed with which it loads beats my newer computer. It came with a wireless keyboard and mouse but I used what I had on the computer this replaced. It looks like a brand new computer and I am very pleased with my purchase.

No issues, no dropping out like some complained about.

I needed to replace the NRV for my security cameras (and not spend a lot of money) and this works perfectly.I'm not using the keyboard and mouse and would have preferred an option to just get the computer and power cord.It cannot be upgraded to Windows 11, not a big issue for me as the NVR software works on Windows 10, but would be a consideration for anyone who is going to use it as their computer.

The company and the product are a scam. The old truism of, "If it's too good to be true, it is." The computer came and didn't want to connect with Wifi. As in, the Wifi had no connectivity to it at all. After a bunch of restarting and trying to make it work, I gave up and used ethernet cables. Then, the Bluetooth died, because of course it did. No driver updates helped, so IT help available to take a call. Of course, about this time I realize the 30 days for Amazon returns is expired. Now, the computer refuses to work continuously, it just shuts off over and over again. I bought a warrantee with the Asurion company, and wouldn't you know it? They refuse to do anything unless you contact the "original seller." Problem is, Asurion thinks the original seller is Dell for some reason. And TekRefurbs cannot be contacted. Save your money, don't buy this product. It's what they call in the car industry a "lemon." It works just past the return window, and then everything breaks. I'm not the only one. Look for reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites. Not a trustworthy company.

I bought two of these to replace some old PC's in our home office and couldn't be more impressed so far. They arrived pretty quickly and were well packaged. After the equipment swap they booted up quickly and were very easy to setup. The included wireless keyboard and mouse are low grade, but they do work and my partner says they're fine. I'm not using the Wifi as I prefer ethernet hard lines for max speed so I really can't report on that part, but I'm sure they work fine.

Got 2 of these for my kids for Christmas, only set up one so far...computer worked fine with no issue, but the wireless keyboard and mouse box had been cut open and the the USB transmitter for them was missing so they were useless and apparently the whole pc has to be sent back for replacement just to get the missing pieces....not worth it.

I purchased this around the first of the year and use it daily. I've had zero issues, and while I'm fully acquainted with the Win 10 software it comes loaded with, all that ram ramps up the speed enormously It's a good buy!
