GadgetWraps Nylon Watch Band Strap with Quick Release Pins Compatible with Gizmo Watch, Samsung, Pebble Dark Red, 20mm

I was surprised by the quality of this band. I thought it would be thinner like most nylon bands I’ve purchased, but it was thicker and felt more substantial. I purchased the 16mm blue and red bands and both look great on my vintage watch. It’s a nice contrast of old and new. I may have to add some more bands to my collection. 😊

I got this due to a rash on my wrist from a silicone band. This band fit my Garmin watch perfectly. The rash is gone. My only issue is the band has faded a lot.

I bought the 16mm size grey nylon strap with quick release. The quick release function made instillation extremely easy without any tools. You will likely need a tool to take out an existing strap, however. To install it, one must insert one end of the lug, pull the metal tab and then quickly release (hence the name) the metal tab into place. You'll hear a small snap and it's installed.It's hard to find a 16mm option for vintage watches, so I'm please that was an option. The strap itself is light and comfortable on the wrist. If it gets wet, it will hold up better than a leather or metal strap. I spend a lot of time near the ocean in the summer, so I won't have to worry about incidental contact with water ruining this strap. Overall, I'm satisfied with it and may buy an extra color down the road.

Among many of the vintage watches I collect, is this 1961 Bulova which I usually keep on a dark brown leather band. The watch face is 34mm, which was pretty standard for a men’s Bulova of that time period. My wrist isn’t small but it’s not big either, so I can pull this watch off. The leather band that was on the watch looked good but sometimes a little too serious. I wanted something that showed off this watch a little better so I chose to get the dark red band as the second hand on the watch is also dark red. To my surprise, when the band came in, it was like the perfect pairing. It’s fun and bold, and for this old watch, makes people look twice. The band is a little on the stiff side but it’s not by any means terrible at all. It feels like good, well made material. After only three days of the watch band being on, it has already began to be less stiff so I assume as time goes on, I will be happy with the way the band wears. So far, the watch has gotten a few compliments already and I’ve only worn it out a couple of times. The quick releases for the spring bars are a plus of course. Very pleased.

I love this watch band. It goes great with my new watch face. I like that it has a normal buckel and 2 places instead of one to secure the end of the watch band. It is a little stiff but I am sure with use it will loosen up a bit from being new. It is comfortable to wear though. I will definitely be buying several more. There are so many color choices it will be hard to choose. Lol.

The strap itself does measure 14mm. The color is a little deeper than expected, a lovely bright royal. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit h th e little Casio we’re trying to customize.
