Q: The driver says it can be wired ac or dc power, but the directions do not say how to connect dc (+) and (-) to the terminals labeled ac and ac. which one is the (+) terminal?

It's a good question. On the driver, it show two AC terminals, that meaning you can connect DC+ and DC- to these two AC terminals at random. Best regards Daniel Zhang

Q: I have 1 of these units currently throwing a fault code. Is it resettable or must it be replaced?

I have been through about a dozen of these. For me if cycling the power did not clear the fault I had to replace the drive. I know it has to be something simple so I have a box full of them that I "plan" to fix when I have time.
