Zatarans is great seasoning mix for catfish, soft crabs and other seafood. Just wish this came in a smaller package. Way too much seasoning unless yiu are feeding a crowd!

Great seasoning for Crappie! Have not tried it yet on anything else, but I’m thinking fried squash or zucchini would be good seasoned with this stuff….
