Great and healthy supplement. I take it as well as all five kids. This is the only vitamin all of my kids willingly take. It doesn’t have a strong or overpowering taste. I find it rather bland but I like it. I don’t like gummies but the texture of this is more firm and I tolerate it just fine.We all take 1 a day. Taking more could lead to GI distress so be mindful of that. I have personally taken two (by accident) over a course of a day and never again. Let’s say they work. Haha.

These gummies taste great and really help me unwind at night. I've been sleeping better and waking up more refreshed. I love that they have no added sugar and include L-theanine and lemon balm. Will definitely buy again!

Magnesium glycinate gummies help with sleep, muscle relaxation, and overall well-being. I have tested and used this product as I am having trouble with my sleep.I find it effective for managing leg cramps and promoting restful sleep, especially when taken before bed. I alao love that it is in a form of gummies, taste good and no more problem in swallowing a big chunk of pill.

Been taking this for a while now, tastes great, low sugar... Love it. Never had an issue with any order until today- looks like there was a manufacturing defect that slipped past QC because the seal on the bottle was clearly compromised by being overheated in the heat seal machine. But Amazon customer service was able to refund me for the bottle within a few minutes and I will continue to use this product since that has never happened before today!

Excellent flavor, good taste, sleep better

ALL the magnesium you need is packed into ONE gummy! Each bottle will last you 2 months, so this 2 pack of bottles will last FOUR months. I have been shopping for magnesium gummies now for weeks and have ordered a few bottles, some I was able to cancel in time because I found this item. All of the other gummy magnesium supplements I have come across, the most magnesium they contain in 1 gummy is 100mg (some were only 30mg.) and they all contained sugar. At walgreens, I found a bottle of 60 gummies @ $22 a bottle, BOGO free. Each of those gummies had 100mg of Magnesium so I would need to take all 120 of them in the month to equal 1/2 of one of these bottles. In other words, Walgreens is $22 for a full months supply and this sugar free gummy is just about $5 a month. The taste is very good, raspberry.I needed to start taking magnesium because the calcium chews for bone strength I started taking does not contain Mg. and it is necessary. What I have discovered while taking magnesium is that it does calm me, help me sleep and does help with the RLS that I have had for 30+ years. I never heard of this brand, but they are based in GA and do have a website and this product is sold out there, of course it is because it is such a tremendous value!! The expiration on my bottles is far out, 4/2024

I can't say how effective they are because it's kind of hard to tell. But, what I CAN say is how vile they taste and smell. It's like eating wet garbage with grass clippings. I have even tried taking them with other gummies at the same time to mask the flavor. It only helps a tiny bit.
