I bought this to help clean my new home - which had been left more than a little grubby by the previous owners. Based on price and the good reviews, I opted for this steam cleaner.The cleaner arrives in a very lightweight, compact box containing the steamer, handle, and a variety of hand and floor attachments, and pads. Knowing how grubby our new house was, I also purchased some extra universal fit cleaner pads from Amazon - universal fit pads work well also with this steamer.The steamer is simple to put together and can be changed from floor to hand cleaner with ease. It comes with a little water jug to aid filling - I sometimes add a drop of anti bac cleaner to this, which makes the room smell fresh whilst using.There is one simple 'on/off' switch and it heats up really quickly in around 15 seconds. The generously long cord makes it easy to get around the whole room without unplugging.I found the cleaner worked exceptionally well - it was rather stomach churning seeing the amount of grime it picked up. I've used it on floor tiles, lino, carpet, wall tiles, cooker and work surfaces. It works really well pretty much everywhere. It does leave surfaces wet so don't expect a dry floor immediately after using.Carpets can be steamed using the glider attachment which works well and doesn't leave carpets too wet afterwards, providing you don't leave it steaming one area for too long. It brings up a fair amount of surface dirt from carpets and rugs.The hand tools work well although if you're wanting to reach high areas, you do risk leakage or water not steaming properly if you hold the steamer at an upwards angle. High areas are better reached with the use of something to stand on so that the steamer can be held at a more favourable angle.I'm really happy with this steamer and use it pretty much every other day - it's been invaluable for getting my new home clean.

I have been looking into getting a steam cleaner for a while, but the ones I was looking at are so expensive for what looks like a similar machine to this one. I read some very positive reviews and thought to take my chance on this one, and I'm pleased that I did!It's very easy to fit together all the part click into each other, and are easy to store away when not in use, I liked that you can use it hand-held by taking the main body off the long handle and it works just fine, though I did think it was a little on the heavy side.I have cleaned the hob incredibly easily, by using the smaller hard bristle brushes, I have steamed the dog's beds and the sofa with it as well as the mattresses.It steams continuously until you turn it off, I have only used it on small areas so far and I used it for one full tank at a time, though I think if you wanted to clean the full kitchen/bathroom you would need to re-fill the tank multiple times.It does what it says on the tin, it cleans and refreshes and it leaves a nice clean smell with no chemicals!

When this arrived in a smallish box I thought, oh dear!! Once I built it (didn't take long) and started using t, the water heats up very quickly, steams quickly, 2 cloth heads for change over and easy instructions. Lots of little gadgets for the hand he;d use of which I haven't used, because my usage is for tiled floors to clear up after 3 dogs.

Fab, heats up quickly does the job. You get two floor pads and plenty of attachment s quality and good value.

I am so thrilled with my steamer, it is light and easy to handle. I would recommend it to anyone

it cleans the floor well but the product is flimsy. it feels and sounds like it's going to break or snap when you push it. so I'm not sure how long it will last. Not bad value for all the attachments etc you get though

This is my second purchase of a steam mop. This is definitely the best out of the 2, the mop heads are so easy to just soak, wash and rinse not like previous one that was flat and firm triangle type pad these as soft and flexible. The attachments are great, able to do any nooks and crannies, very fast heat up. I’m going to purchase one for my best mate 😁 floor are a breeze to do so happy with this mop. Reasonable price too.
