Absolutely love this coffee mug
Beautiful and sturdy. I wanted a good coffee cup for mornings on our boat. It is solid and won't tip over easily. And it's absolutely gorgeous. It's not a thermal mug so enjoy your coffee when you pour it, but the narrow top does help keep it warm a bit longer than a regular cup.

Beautiful
I love the color of this stoneware travel mug. I'll be ordering another! Love the sticky bottom that keeps it secure. I would be great as a bot mug.

Worth the wait
My favorite mug broke and it was similar to this. Wasn’t sure I’d like it as much as my old one, but now that I’ve had it for a few days I really like it. It is heavy but it holds a lot of tea and keeps it warm. I love the glaze, reminds me of the southwestern sky in Arizona or New Mexico, both places I’ve lived. Many years ago I passed through Villa Grove CO and went into the store so this is quality hand-made with care.

Pretty Nice
well I bought two, one for my elderly Mother and one for myself. The one I bought for myself had an obvious crack which I noticed at the base/rim and upon further inspection it was obviously there prior to firing the glaze which disappointed me. I was going to return it but apparently they are sending me a replacement which I hope it without relative flaws. It's a bit too big and heavy for my Mom, but I think it will help her build strength perhaps? we'll see. She loved the design and colors anyway. I was inspired to get these because years ago I worked for a music store and we all got no tip mugs exactly like these but a little smaller. I had found it but it was missing the plastic lid. These are almost identical in design but larger and with smaller diameter upper rim. Coincidentally these also have the same rubbery type grip on the bottom, which I just scraped off the old one from the 90's music store. I'm not a fan of that because while it make sense to offer grip on surfaces, over time it will surely gum up and rot off like my old mug, thus I took a plastic knife and scraped it all off.I read another review and it mentioned a lid? or they thought it should have a lid of some sort and I agree that would be nice; either ceramic or plastic, even metal. Yet I realize it's harder to achieve uniform consistent rim size with handmade items.Anyway, good stuff but room for improvement.

Very nice quality and craftsmanship
I purchased this for a special friend who needed a mug this shape for ease of use due to hand tremors. This shape and weight makes it less likely she will accidentally tip the mug over while setting it down. She is thrilled beyond words with everything about it. Thanks for such a special product for my best friend.

Nostalgic mug
I remember seeing this style as a kid in the 80's and 90's. Always thought it was a neat design.Pros : It's a mug, comfortable in my hand, keeps my drinks warm. Microwave safe thankfully. Says it's dishwasher safe, but I don't like to run things with foam bottoms in my dishwasher.Cons : Because of the shape I don't trust it with my Keurig. Also there is a sharp point inside probably from the glazing process, not a huge problem, but annoying when washing it.

Beautiful work and durable
My father asked for these for Christmas because it keeps his coffee and tea hotter could not find the design anywhere locally. I love the nonstick bottom.

Much heavier than anticipated
First off, these mugs so hard to find online and even harder in person. I do love the wide bottom coffee mugs. There are only a couple things I wasn't thrilled about with this particular mug:A) It's really heavy! Much heavier than my other mug and definitely much more than I anticipated. If you have arthritis in your hands or wrists, you may have difficulty with this mug.AND 2) The mug is gigantic! It just barely fits in a Keurig machine...Otherwise, it's great... I thought about returning it due to the 2 reasons started, but I'm going keep it....
