Very effective
This stuff really works! Doing some RPT and knees were sore? Rubbed this on, 1x in morning 1x at night? Awesome, I was very impressed with the pain relief this delivers. I will definitely buy this again.

Didn't warm, but I'm not disappointed, great product
For some reason I don't understand, Amazon wouldn't accept my favorable glowing review for Penetrex. My only criticism was that it didn't warm. Not a complaint, just a fact. There are many reviews where people complain about it not warming. Not an issue for me. But since it is a selling point for the product, I decided to give it 4 stars instead of 5.I purchased 2 Penetrex pain relief items and used them together. They did a great job. My knees and back are finally pain free. A friend recommended Penetrex and I'm glad she did!

Not as good as the original!
I purchased this as a new part of this companies product line. Don’t buy it. It doesn’t work anywhere near as well as the original for aches and pains.I love this product ONLY in its original form. Again, it’s not worth paying a high price for something that is not even average for muscle aches and pains.BUY the ORIGINAL FORMULA.

Follow instructions on applying the cream
Works good if you go by the instructions and the applications three to four times a day and for a period of 1 or 2 weeks does a good job

Not as good as original
Doesn't work as well as the original product. Using only in arthritis-ridden areas. Just stick with the original not worth it for this one.

Not greasy and not too hot
I really like this product and in my 70's I've tried a lot of products. This one is by far the best I've use. I try to walk every day and I over did it one day. My legs and hips were screaming at me due to overwork and strain. I found his product and love it. It doesn't really get hot but just enough to calm that pain. I think I healed up quicker because of this product. I put it on and rub it into the skin really well. It doesn't leave a residue. I love this product.
