Issue with the first machine. Send back and again issue with second one. Too much hassle.After all the problem I have been through with this machine, I request for a partial refund as Bluetooth speaker is working and they have rejected me.All bad review is true so be aware!!

The media could not be loaded.  Product screen & software is out dated and does not work. It’s a shame because is what I wanted on paper.

This machine was bought for a retirement village most over 65 and not " Tech Savvy" so this needed to be quick and easy, turn on and press play search for songs. this was not the case it was AWFUL and slow. it does not play MP3+G out of the box, if you have a USB plugged in it just starts playing REALLY loud so you have to press stop, I tried to load YouTube but it was so slow. Play Store took an eternity to load a paid-for Karaoke Player but then failed to install. overall like a lot of the reviews, this is a touchscreen music player unless you have MP4 karaoke tracks that do work. Do not buy this it does not work, also if you want to connect it to a public/Shared wifi with a Landing page ( the one where you have to click connect ) then it won't work

When you are playing music you don't notice it as much but it's still thereIt has an inbuilt android tablet which is incredibly outdated and slow, it is running android 4.4.4 from 2014!! The YouTube app doesn't work since we got it, the inbuilt chrome browser is so slow it's unusableNo inbuilt karaoke software is installedI managed to get it working acceptably by installing an old version of "ulduzsoft karaoke player" via an APK I found online. You can then load cdg files from a USB drive. That's the best you're going to do really...This machine should not be sold and should not be purchased by anyone

The media could not be loaded.  Compré un altavoz por lo novedoso que es tener una pantalla a la semana peto pensaba que era un defecto de unidad así que pedí otra unidad ahora que me llega tiene otro error que enciende la pantalla y se apaga en nada

Para lo que me acostado a venido sin cable de corriente un microfo tocado y por el lado donde se coge partido
