We use these for sand bags to hold down a basketball net stand. They are outdoors in Midwest weather 24/7/365.. They last about 12 months before they begin to shred. We double them up, fill with sand and leave them outdoors. Heat, snow , sun etc... Replace them each year due to shredding and tearing. Good overall, wish they lasted longer. Each bag holds around 40-50 lbs of sand.

I’m a second year micro flower farmer and I start planting my cool season flowers outdoors in late February and early March under roll cover. I bought these bags so that I could fill them with sand and use them to hold down my row cover. I have several along each side of each row And they have worked out great. When I’m not using the road cover, I simply leave the sandbag out in the garden that way it’s there quickly when I need it.

Arrived quickly, very sturdy, does the job. When I went to the County sand pile, turns out that they also provide bags! Not as sturdy as these bags, nor as colorful. Price is reasonable.

Bought these to clean up a bunch of river rock in my back yard! You could fill them to the top and they wouldn’t break. Great for any yard project not just sand. Perfect for haul away and clean ups. Super strong and sturdy. You can see from the pics I didn’t fill them to the top with the rocks because I needed to be able to lift them, but I’m sure you could fill to top and they wouldn’t break and remain strong. I like the tie top feature too because they sat out in the rain and I didn’t have to worry about water getting in them because they were tied shut.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This shipment had bags that were 14.5x26.5, which is fabulous. I had previously bought the same listed item but received bags that were 14x26 (which is the listed dimensions). Unfortunately, the smaller bags did not work as well because the attached drawstring interfered with my filler tube. For these larger bags, the tube inserts easily and filling is simple. Keep up the slightly larger size or change the placement of the drawstring.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:UV protection is not 1600 hours. Only made it about 200-300 hours and the tops of the bags exposed to the sun completely separated and the bags failed.
